How to filter agents by status in the "Agents" tab of the Dashboard

Symptom / Need
You need to see only agents that are in a specific state (such as Ready, Talk, or ACW) to monitor their activity more efficiently.
Context / Scenarios
The Agents tab of the Dashboard in wolkvox Manager allows you to filter the list of agents by their current status to focus on those that require attention.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
- Access wolkvox Manager and select the Dashboard option in the side menu.
- Click the Agents tab .
- Right-click any space within the agent list.
- Select the Filter option .
- A list of available states to filter will appear:
- All : Displays all agents.
- Ready : Agents available to receive interactions.
- After Call Work (ACW) : Agents in after call work state.
- Talk : Agents answering a call.
- Custom Auxiliary States : Additional states configured for the operation.
- Click on the desired state to apply the filter.
The list of agents will be updated to display only those in the selected status. This allows you to focus on specific activities and optimize operational monitoring.
