1. Understand what Turbo Dial is:
   • It is an intelligent tool that uses call history to identify numbers with a high probability of generating an ANSWER result .
   • Increase dialing speed by up to 15x by avoiding numbers that are unlikely to be effective for your campaign.
2. Prepare your campaign settings:
   • Access the “Campaigns” section .
   • Right click on the campaign you want to activate Turbo Dial on.
   • Select “Edit campaign” .
3. Activate Turbo Dial:
   • Check the “Turbo Dial” box in your campaign settings.
4. Set the destination country:
   • Go to the “AMD Configuration” field .
   • Select the destination country for your calls.
   • Note: If you leave the option at “default” , the Turbo Dial box will be locked and cannot be activated.
5. Save changes:
   • Left click on “Edit campaign” to save the changes you made.
