To ensure standardized and secure operations, Wolkvox strictly adheres to the following restrictions defined by Meta, which are verified and enforced on our platform:

• Supported File Types: The platform is configured to accept only the file formats authorized by Meta through its official API.
• Category and Size Restrictions: Specific maximum size limits are applied to each file type, as follows:
  • Images (JPEG, PNG): Up to 5 MB.
  • Audio (AAC, MP4, MPEG, AMR, OGG): Up to 16 MB.
  • Video (MP4, 3GPP): Up to 16 MB (requires H.264 video codec and AAC audio codec).
  • Documents (PDF, DOC/DOCX, PPT/PPTX, XLS/XLSX, TXT): Up to 100 MB.
  • Stickers (WebP): Up to 100 KB for static and 500 KB for animated stickers.
