Symptom / Need

The supervisor or coordinator tries to create a new agent in the Manager, but the system does not allow it.

 

Context / Scenarios

This can happen for a number of reasons, usually related to licensing limits or agent configuration on the platform.

 

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

Please review the following points before escalating the case:

  1. License Limit: Verify that you have not exceeded the maximum number of agents per license.
    • Shared infrastructure: up to 10 agents per license.
    • Dedicated infrastructure: up to 50 agents per license.
  2. Unnamed Agents: Confirms that there are no more than two unnamed agents created in the system.

If the problem persists, please contact the Wolkvox Service Desk to review what may be causing the restriction.
