Can wolkvox Studio be used from wolkvox Manager Web?
Table of Contents
Yes. wolkvox Studio can be used directly from wolkvox Manager Web, without needing to access the desktop version of the application.
From the left side menu in wolkvox Manager Web, you can access wolkvox Studio, where a session starts in a virtualized environment that allows you to work with Studio features, including viewing and editing routing points and their respective flows.
When using this mode, it is important to consider connection, inactivity, and session recovery times.
How to access wolkvox Studio from wolkvox Manager Web?
Log in to wolkvox Manager Web and select the wolkvox Studio icon located on the left side menu.
Upon accessing, the platform initializes the wolkvox Studio environment. Initial loading may take a couple of minutes while the session is prepared and the environment adjusts to the available screen size.
Once this process is complete, you will be able to access wolkvox Studio options as usual, such as Diagram Routing, routing points, and their flows.

Why can wolkvox Studio take time to load?
When accessing wolkvox Studio from the web version, a session is prepared in a virtualized environment. For this reason, loading screens or messages may temporarily appear during login while the environment initializes or resizes.
This behavior is normal. Loading may take a few minutes, so it is recommended to wait for the process to finish before attempting to log in again.

What happens if I close the window or lose connection?
If the session is interrupted because you close the window, temporarily lose internet connection, or experience a network outage, the environment keeps the session active for 2 minutes.
This behavior corresponds to the parameter Disconnect timeout in minutes = 2.
If you log back in within those 2 minutes, you will be able to recover the same session you were using.
If more than 2 minutes elapse, the previous session ends, and upon logging back in, you will need to start a new wolkvox Studio session.

What happens if I leave wolkvox Studio open without using it?
If there is no keyboard or mouse activity for 15 minutes, the session disconnects automatically.
This behavior corresponds to the parameter Idle Disconnect Timeout in minutes = 15.
After an inactivity disconnection occurs, the additional 2-minute disconnect timeout period begins. During this interval, you can still return and recover the same session.
For example:
- You go 15 minutes without using the keyboard or mouse.
- The session disconnects.
- From that moment, you have up to 2 minutes to reconnect to the same session.
- If you exceed that time, the session ends and you will have to start a new one.
What should I do if the “Session ended” message appears?
When the previous session has ended, wolkvox Studio displays the message “Session ended”.
In this case, click "Start new session". The environment will restart its loading process until the wolkvox Studio interface is displayed.
Please note that this new session may take a few minutes to become available.
Do I lose access to wolkvox Studio if the session ends?
No. A session ending does not mean you lose access to wolkvox Studio. Only the active virtual session terminates.
You can log in again from wolkvox Manager Web and start a new session to continue working.
What recommendations should I keep in mind when working from wolkvox Manager Web?
To avoid interruptions while using wolkvox Studio, it is recommended to periodically save your changes, especially before leaving the platform unused for several minutes.
It is also recommended to maintain a stable internet connection and keep in mind that an interruption longer than 2 minutes, or prolonged inactivity that exceeds the reconnection window, will cause the current session to close.
