Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

The Report "11. Details of clients released from Law 2300", available in the "CDR" tab within the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager (left side menu), provides you with the information necessary to analyze and audit the clients released from the restrictions established by Law 2300. This report includes the following columns:

  • PROTECTED_NIT: NIT of the company associated with the released client.
  • AGENT_ID: Identification or extension of the agent that performed the release.
  • AGENT_NAME: Name of the agent that performed the action.
  • OPERATION: Name of the operation associated with the client.
  • DATE: Date and time the client was released.
  • ITEM: Field used to release the customer, which can be “tel_number” (telephone number) or “id_customer” (customer identification number).
  • VALUE: Detail of the customer's phone number or identification, according to the “ITEM” field.
