Symptom / Need

You want to know detailed statistics on the machine codes used by the system to encode records that are not managed by an advisor.

Context / Scenarios

When running an automated calling campaign, the system may classify calls with different machine codes, depending on the result obtained. It is important to analyze these statistics to evaluate the performance of the campaign and optimize its settings.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To see the details of the machine codes generated in a campaign, you can use the report "1. Campaign by final machine result (Result)" in the "Campaigns" tab within the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager.

This report provides statistics on machine codes, i.e. those used by the system to code records that are not processed by an advisor.

Columns in this report include:

  • RESULT: Indicates the machine code assigned to the registers. Possible values are:
    • answer machine (answered by a machine).
    • no answer (not answered).
    • failed.
    • answer (answered).
    • congestion (congested line).
    • abandon (abandoned).
    • busy (busy line).
    • chanunavail (channel not available for outgoing call).
  • RECORDS: Number of records associated with each response code.
  • PERCENT: Percentage of records that each response code represents.

This report will help you identify patterns in campaign responses and make decisions to improve the effectiveness of your automated calls.
