This report is useful when you want to analyze the success of a WhatsApp campaign in terms of message delivery and reading. It also allows you to identify errors in sending and adjust strategies to improve the reception and response rate of customers.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
To know the status of messages sent in WhatsApp campaigns, you can generate the report "9. Status of WhatsApp campaign records", available in the "Campaigns" tab of the "Reports" section in wolkvox Manager. To access this section, go to the left side menu of the wolkvox Manager interface and select "Reports".
Columns in this report include:
- "CAMPAIGN_ID": Campaign identification number.
- "TELEPHONE": Customer's telephone number.
- "RESULT": Status of the message sent, with the following possible values:
- "accepted": The message left the platform, but has not yet reached the recipient (Cloud API connectors only).
- "delivered": The message was successfully received by the recipient.
- "failed": There was an error sending the message.
- "read": The recipient read the message.
- "submitted": The message was sent successfully, but has not yet reached the recipient (Gupshup connectors only).
- "MISTAKE": Indicates the reason for the error if the submission failed.
- "DATE": Date the message was sent.
- "LAST_UPDATE": Date of the last interaction in the conversation.
To generate this report, select the specific campaign or use the “All” option to get a general analysis of all campaigns.
