What is wolkvox Storage and how to configure it?

Introduction
wolkvox Storage is a centralized storage solution designed to efficiently meet the file retention needs of an operation. It allows you to store recordings generated in wolkvox Manager and also provides a reliable space to save files that are not directly related to the platform.
This tool was created to address the need for a centralized storage service that is easy to activate and integrate. One of its most important advantages is that call recordings from the operation are stored indefinitely within wolkvox Storage. Without this tool, recordings begin to be deleted after 6 months. With wolkvox Storage, these recordings will remain available until the operation decides to delete them.

What does wolkvox Storage allow you to do?
With wolkvox Storage, you can:
- Store call recordings from your operation;
- Enable automatic copying of recordings;
- Enable automatic copying of chats;
- Retain additional files in a centralized environment;
- Access an independent portal to manage storage.
How to activate wolkvox Storage in wolkvox Manager
- Click the "Settings" button located in the top-right corner of wolkvox Manager.
- Open the "Integrations" tab.
- Select the "wolkvox Storage" sub-tab.
- Check the checkboxes according to your needs:
- Activate wolkvox Storage: enables the service for the operation.
- Automatic copying of recordings: allows automatically copying call recordings from your operation to wolkvox Storage.
- Automatic copying of chats: allows automatically copying chats from your operation to wolkvox Storage.
- Click "Save" to apply the changes.

Activation Confirmation
After saving, a pop-up window will appear to confirm the activation of the service for the operation. This warning message will appear twice. If you wish to proceed with the activation, you must accept both confirmations.
Audit Log
The activation of wolkvox Storage is recorded in the Audit Log of wolkvox Manager. The following information is stored in this log:
- Date and time of activation;
- User who performed the action;
- IP address;
- Machine from which the service was activated.
How to access the wolkvox Storage portal
Once the service is activated, you can access the portal in two ways:
- From the "Go to portal" link available in the wolkvox Storage configuration within wolkvox Manager;
- By directly entering the following address in your browser: [Click here].

Access Credentials
To log in to wolkvox Storage, you must enter:
- Operation name;
- Username;
- Password.
This information is sent to the email address(es) associated with the administrator user of the operation in wolkvox Manager at the time of activating wolkvox Storage.
Password Change on First Login
The first time you access the portal, the system will prompt you to set a new password. To do this, you must:
- Enter the current password;
- Enter the new password;
- Confirm the new password again.
If the process is completed successfully, the system will display a message indicating that the password change was successful.
What happens after logging in
Once inside the portal, you can manage the operation's storage space from a centralized interface. There, you can view folders and stored files, both those related to wolkvox and those you upload additionally within the service.
