You need to add a new agent type user in wolkvox Manager so that he can operate within the platform.

Context / Scenarios

In wolkvox Manager, agents are the users who answer calls and chats within the operation. In order for an agent to be able to log in and manage interactions, they must be created in the Agents tab, within the Agents & Skills section.

• If the service is on a shared server, you can create up to 10 agents per license.
• If the service is on a dedicated server, you can create up to 50 agents per license.
• It is not possible to delete agents manually; they are automatically deleted after six months of inactivity.
• You will not be able to create more agents if there are two extensions without editing their information.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To create a new agent in wolkvox Manager, follow these steps:

• Enter wolkvox Manager and in the left side menu select Agents & Skills > Agents.
• Click the "Create New User" button (human silhouette icon with a "+" symbol).
• A message will appear on the screen with the extension number assigned to the new agent.
• Please note this extension number as it will be needed when editing agent information.
• Once the agent is created, you can edit its information by right-clicking on it and selecting "Edit Agent Information".
• Fill in the required data, such as name, password and other parameters according to your operation settings.
• Save the changes and the agent will be ready to operate in wolkvox Agent.

💡 Note: If you are unable to create more agents, check if you have two unedited extensions or if you have reached the limit allowed for your server type.
