Steps to Set Up WhatsApp ID Validation

Access the wolkvox Manager Settings:
- Click the "Settings" button located in the top right menu (gear icon).

Navigate to the "Agentbox" Tab:
- Within the configuration window, select the "Agentbox" tab.

Locate the "Validate WhatsApp ID" field:
- This field has two options:
- "yes": Forces agents to enter a customer ID in the "Send WhatsApp" window (in wolkvox Agent) before they can send the message.
- "no": Allows agents to send WhatsApp messages without having to assign an ID to the customer.

- Once you've selected the desired option, be sure to save your changes so the settings are applied correctly.
