Introduction Changes Recorded in wolkvox CRM

Introduction

wolkvox CRM allows you to track actions that are recorded in the wolkvox CRM change log to audit or trace configurations, movements, or activities carried out in the system.

Within the path: Configuration > General > CRM Change Log, it is possible to consult a history of modifications made in wolkvox CRM. This section allows filtering by dates, searching by keywords, and downloading a file with detailed records. The "Action" column displays the different types of changes made, and it is important to know what each one means.

     

Changes Recorded in wolkvox CRM

Below is a list of all possible actions that can be recorded in the wolkvox CRM change log, along with a general description of their meaning:

     

Access and Authentication Actions

  • Login user: Successful login by a user.    
  • TOKENS RESTARTED: Daily reset of the authentication token usage counter.    
  • Added token: A new token was added for integrations or access.    
  • Deleted token: An existing token was deleted.    
  • Changed password / Password edit: Password change or edit.    

     

Actions related to Users, Profiles  and Groups

  • User created: Creation of a new user.    
  • User edit / User edit profile: Editing of a user's profile or configuration.    
  • Profile added: A new user profile was created.    
  • Profile modified / Profile modified administrador: Modification of the permissions or attributes of a profile.    
  • Profile deleted: Deletion of an existing profile.    
  • Group added: A new user group was created.    
  • Group modified: Changes were made to a group.    
  • Group deleted: A user group was deleted.    
  • Added roles: Roles were added to a user.    

     

Actions on Modules

  • Module added: A new module was created.    
  • Module deleted: A module was deleted.    
  • Edited shared modules: Shared modules were edited.    
  • Add shared module: A shared module was added.    
  • New module labels: New labels were configured in a module.    

     

Actions on Fields, Forms, and Structure

  • Field added: A new field was added to a module or form.    
  • Field modified: An existing field was modified.    
  • Edit field / Edit case field: Specific editing of a case field.    
  • Delete field: Deletion of a field.    
  • Add case field: Addition of a field exclusive to the case module.    
  • Delete case field: Deletion of a case field.    
  • Add dependients / Add case dependients: Dependent (conditional) fields were configured.    
  • Add combined / Edit combined / Delete combined: Work was done with combined fields (field compositions).    
  • Updated positions fields / Updated case positions field: Reordering of fields within a module or form.    
  • Fields presentation: Changes to the visual presentation of the fields.    
  • Add rule field: A rule or condition was added to a field.    

     

Actions on Records and Cases

  • add / Add record: Creation of a new record.    
  • Added case: Creation of a new case.    
  • Edited case: Editing of an existing case.    
  • Deleted record / Delete a record: Deletion of a record.    
  • Massive delete: Mass deletion of records.    
  • Case submodules saved: Changes were saved in case-related submodules.    

     

Actions on Notes, Reports, and Templates

  • Added note: A note was added to a record.    
  • Add Report / Edit Report / Delete Report: Actions related to the creation, editing, or deletion of custom reports.    
  • Added template / Edited template / Delete templates: Management of email templates, forms, or other reusable elements.    

     

Actions related to Integrations and APIs

  • Insert import: Data import into CRM (via file or other means).    
  • Sending data by api: Sending data to an external system via API.    
  • Finish process data from query api: Finalization of a data extraction process from an API.    
  • Finish process data from query api - no records found: The API query was completed with no records found.    
  • Agent API Call / Agent API Tipify: API call made by an agent or related to automated categorization/tipification.    
  • addNotify: An automatic notification was configured.    
  • SMTP/MG credentials: SMTP or Mailgun credentials were added or modified.    
  • formWeb added / formWeb edited / formWeb deleted: Actions related to wolkvox CRM web forms.    

     

Configuration and Customization Actions

  • Added params to module: Configuration parameters were added to a module.    
  • Edited Config Currency value / Edit Config Currency: Changes in the configuration of monetary values.    
  • Change in licenses: Adjustments were made to system licenses.    
  • Disabled CRM: The CRM was disabled for one or more users.    
  • Add language selected: A new language was configured in the interface or forms.    
  • Social activate: Activation of a social channel or integration.    
  • Create form: Creation of a new form in CRM.    
  • Added schedule: A schedule or event was added.    

     

Advanced Actions and Other Changes

  • Generate result: Generation of a result.    
  • Edit module prompt: Editing of module messages or instructions.    
  • Edit button: Editing of buttons within forms or interfaces.
