How to manage and resend emails from the Outbox in wolkvox CRM

Introduction
wolkvox CRM features an Outbox functionality with two key capabilities: a filter to identify failed emails and the ability to resend those emails. These enhancements are designed to optimize email communication management and ensure more effective follow-up.
This functionality aims to provide users with greater visibility and control over the status of their email sends, allowing for quick corrective actions when an email fails to reach its destination.
Important Considerations
- Resend Limitations: It is not possible to modify the content of the original email when resending it.
- Individual Resend: You can only resend one email at a time.
Management
To use the new filter and resend functionalities for emails in the wolkvox CRM Outbox, follow these steps:
Accessing the Outbox
In the left sidebar menu of wolkvox CRM, select the button with the mail icon to access the "Outbox".

Using the “Failed emails” Filter
- Once in the Outbox, locate the "Select fields" box.
- Click on this field and select the "Failed emails" option from the dropdown menu.
- Click the "Search" button to apply the filter.
- The table will display only the emails that the system has marked as unsent.

Resending an Email
- After filtering or finding the email you want to resend in the Outbox, click on the email to view its details.
- In the detailed view of the email, you will find a button called "Send again".
- Click this button to attempt to resend the email notification to the original recipients.

Additional Considerations for Resending
- The "Send again" button will attempt to resend the email as it was originally, without allowing modifications to the content or recipients.
- You must resend each email individually, as bulk resending is not possible.
