You need to know the details of every call made in a campaign, including whether it was answered by a human or a machine, the date of the call, and the phone number that was dialed.

This report is useful when you want to individually analyze each call attempt and its outcome in terms of answering machine recognition (AMR). It can help you verify the accuracy of the detection system, evaluate its impact on contact effectiveness, and optimize the dialing strategy in your campaigns.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To obtain the details of each call with AMD detection in your campaigns, you can generate the report "7. AMD Detail", available in the "Campaigns" tab of the "Reports" section in wolkvox Manager. To access this section, go to the left side menu of the wolkvox Manager interface and select "Reports".

Columns in this report include:

  • "CUSTOMER_ID": Customer ID.
  • "CAMPAIGN_ID": Campaign identification number.
  • "FILE_NAME": Optional audio file that can be set to leave a voicemail when an answering machine is detected.
  • "TELEPHONE": Telephone number to which the call or dialing attempt was made.
  • "RESULT": Result of the AMD detection functionality, with possible values:
    • "MACHINE": The call was answered by a machine.
    • "HUMAN": The call was answered by a human.
  • "DATE": Date the call was made.

To generate this report, select the specific campaign or use the “All” option to get a general analysis of all campaigns.
