Introduction

wolkvox CRM offers an artificial intelligence-based feature that allows you to create and edit modules using natural language instructions. This tool is ideal for users who want to quickly set up fields within custom modules, either from scratch or by editing existing modules. The AI interprets the user's instructions (prompts) to automatically define the form fields.

     

 

Configuration

Below is a step-by-step guide on how to activate this feature, create a new module, and edit existing modules with the help of artificial intelligence in wolkvox CRM:

     

Activating the AI Assistant for Modules

  1. Enter the wolkvox CRM configuration from the left side menu.    
  2. Go to the "Users" tab.    
  3. Select the "Profiles" option.    
  4. Choose a profile.    

     

     

  1. Access the "Administrator" tab.     
  2. Within the "Administrator" section, enable the "AI Assistant for Modules" check button.    
  3. Click "Edit" to save the changes.    

     

     

Creating Modules with Artificial Intelligence

  1. Enter the wolkvox CRM configuration.    
  2. Go to the "Customize" tab.    
  3. Click on "AI Assistant for Modules".    
  4. In the text input field, describe the fields and characteristics you want your module to have.    
  5. Click "Generate" for the AI to process your instructions.    

     

     

  1. If necessary, continue sending new prompts to adjust or refine the generated fields.    
  2. Consult the prompt history to review your previous requests.    
  3. Review the preview of the generated form.    

     

     

  1. Once you are satisfied, click "Create Form".    

     

     

  1. Complete the module details in the modal window:        
    1. Name            
    2. Plural Name            
    3. Singular Name            
    4. Icon            
  2. Click "Create" and confirm the module creation.    

     

     

Editing Modules with Artificial Intelligence

  1. Enter the wolkvox CRM configuration.    
  2. Go to the "Customize" tab.    
  3. Choose the module you want to edit.    

     

     

  1. Go to the "Fields" section.    
  2. Use the "Edit module with AI" field to make adjustments via prompts. Click "Generate" to send the instruction to the AI.    
  3. Use the preview to validate the changes made.     

     

     

  1. Enter the prompt in the text field and click "Generate". You can request changes such as adding, modifying, or deleting fields, or even changing field names.     
  2. The prompt history will be updated every time you generate a new instruction. If you are satisfied with the adjustments, click "Edit" to apply and save the changes.    

     

     

Tips for Creating Efficient Prompts

To get better results with the AI assistant, consider the following recommendations when writing your prompts:

  • Clearly specify the purpose of the module.    
  • Detail each field you want to include and its type (text, date, number, etc.).    
  • Indicate if a field should be mandatory.    
  • Use lists if your description includes multiple elements.    
  • Avoid vague terms like "Set up a sales module".    
  • Use clear and direct language.    
  • Consult the prompt history before making new adjustments.
