wolkvox CRM allows you to configure the working hours for the CRM operation, including workdays and holidays, so that the estimated case closure date is correctly adjusted to the company's calendar.
The work calendar configuration in wolkvox CRM allows you to set the working days and hours, as well as the holidays for the operation. It is crucial to understand that this configuration affects case prioritization in the Cases module, determining the estimated closure date for each one. A well-configured calendar ensures that case deadlines are calculated accurately, excluding non-working days and holidays.
Configuration
To configure the work calendar in wolkvox CRM, follow these steps:
- In the left sidebar menu, click on the gear icon (Configuration).
- Click on the "General" tab.
- Select the "Work Calendar" tab.
- For each day of the week, configure the working hours and activate or deactivate the day using the toggle button.
- In the "Holidays" field, enter the dates you wish to mark as holidays, using the format YYYY-MM-DD and separating them with commas (for example: 2020-09-30,2020-10-01,2024-03-25).
- Once you have configured the calendar to your liking, click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
