Introduction

The CRM Status section in wolkvox CRM allows you to monitor the usage and evolution of system storage. From this view, you can check the available storage capacity, review the daily consumption history, and analyze storage usage over the last six months.

This information helps administrators gain visibility into the growth of data stored in the CRM and make decisions related to storage management and system operations.

Configuration

Access CRM Configuration

To check the service status of wolkvox CRM:

  1. In the wolkvox CRM interface, click on the configuration icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
  2. Within the configuration menu, select the "General" tab.
  3. Then, click on the "CRM Status" option.

This section will display the system status panel with information related to storage.

Check Storage Capacity

At the top of the panel is the Storage Capacity section, which shows:

  • Total CRM storage usage.
  • Maximum available capacity.
  • Percentage of storage used.
  • Progress bar indicating the level of consumption.

Additionally, storage usage thresholds are displayed, allowing you to identify the system's occupancy level:

  • <70% normal usage.
  • 70% – 85% preventive warning.
  • 85% – 100% critical level.
  • >100% capacity exceeded.

This section allows you to quickly identify the current status of CRM storage.

Review Storage History

Below the storage capacity is the Storage History graph, which shows the daily storage consumption in gigabytes (GB).

  1. This graph allows you to:
    • Visualize the daily evolution of storage.
    • Identify increases or changes in system usage.
    • Analyze storage behavior within the current period.
  2. Download the storage history
    • In the top right corner of this graph, there is a download button.
    • To download the history: Click on the download icon. The system will generate an Excel file with the details of the storage history.

This file allows for external analysis or audits of storage consumption.

Check Storage Usage for the Last 6 Months

At the bottom of the panel is the Storage Usage for the Last 6 Months graph, which presents a monthly summary of CRM consumption.

This graph shows:

  • The total storage used per month.
  • The evolution of consumption over the last six months.
  • A comparative analysis of storage growth.

Considerations for this graph

  • The current month is always shown with a value of 0, as the calculation is done at the end of the month.
  • Months are presented in chronological order.
  • Months without recorded data are shown with a value of 0.

This visualization makes it easy to identify trends in system storage growth.
