    The database must include the following fields:
    • Basic customer data:
      1. Result: Result of the call (available only if the customer has already been contacted).
      2. Agent Code: Agent extension number.
      3. Name: Name of the client.

      5. ID Type: Customer identification type.
      6. ID: Customer identification number.
      7. Age: Age of the client.
      8. Sex: Gender of the client.
      9. Country: Country where the customer resides.
      10. Department: Client's department.

      13. Address: Client address.
    • Additional information and contact:

    • Optional: Use the "Lot Name" field to assign a name to the batch of data.

    • The file must be in CSV format and comply with the established fields.
