Introduction

The "15. Voice Conversations Report (IVR + ASR + TTS + NLP)" report, available in the 'Diagram Reports' tab of the 'Reports' section in wolkvox Manager, is designed to provide a detailed view of each voice conversation managed by the platform.

This report allows you to understand, at the call level, how artificial intelligence resources are consumed, the duration of each interaction, and which technological components are involved. It serves as a key source for operational, technical, and financial analysis.

 

 

Report Information

This report presents the following key columns:

  • CONVERSATIONAL_ID: Corresponds to the identifier of the voice-type routing point where the conversation was executed. It indicates from which flow the call originated.
  • CONNECT_ID: Unique identifier of the conversation. It is used for traceability, cross-referencing with other reports, and detailed technical analysis of a specific call.
  • DATE: Indicates the exact date and time when the conversation took place. It is useful for time-range analysis, operational validations, and audits.
  • IVR_TIME: Represents the total duration of the conversation in the IVR (format: hh:mm:ss).
  • NLP_CREDITS: Shows the amount of natural language processing (NLP) credits consumed during the conversation. It reflects the use of intent comprehension, text analysis, and intelligent conversational logic.
  • ASR_TIME: Indicates the total time of automatic speech recognition (ASR) used in the call. It corresponds to the time the platform processed the customer's audio to convert it into text.
  • TTS_CREDITS: Corresponds to the Text-to-Speech (TTS) credits consumed. It represents the system's use of audio generation to respond to the user through synthetic voice.
