This report helps identify how many records ended as answered, unanswered, failed, busy, or with other dialing results, and what percentage each represents within the total.
Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to query the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select 'All' to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns.

This report is especially useful for analyzing the overall behavior of a campaign, reviewing the distribution of final dialing results, and quickly detecting if results such as unanswered, machine-answered, or failed calls predominate.
