Introduction Report Information

Introduction

The "1. Campaign by Final Machine Result (Result)" report, available in the 'Campaigns' tab of the reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to check how the records of a campaign were classified according to their final machine result. This report helps identify how many records ended as answered, unanswered, failed, busy, or with other dialing results, and what percentage each represents within the total.

Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to query the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select 'All' to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns.

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • RESULT: Shows the final machine result assigned to the record. This column can display values such as:
    • ANSWER-MACHINE: The call was answered by a machine or answering machine.
    • NO-ANSWER: The call was not answered.
    • FAILED: The call failed.
    • ANSWER: The call was answered.
    • CONGESTION: The line was congested.
    • ABANDON: The call was abandoned.
    • BUSY: The line was busy.
    • CHANUNAVAIL: No channel was available to make the outgoing call.
  • RECORDS: Indicates the number of records classified under each final machine result.
  • PERCENT: Indicates the percentage that each result represents out of the total number of records included in the report.

Important Consideration About the Report

At the end of the report, a TOTAL row is presented, which consolidates:

  • The total number of records analyzed, and
  • The total accumulated percentage, which corresponds to 100% of the report.

This report is especially useful for analyzing the overall behavior of a campaign, reviewing the distribution of final dialing results, and quickly detecting if results such as unanswered, machine-answered, or failed calls predominate.
