How to Manage Users and User Profiles in wolkvox Manager
Table of Contents
Introduction
In wolkvox Manager, in addition to the super administrator user, it is possible to create multiple users and assign them profiles with specific permissions according to their role within the operation. This allows controlling access to the different functionalities of the system and ensuring that each user only has the necessary permissions for their management.
The management of users and profiles is key to maintaining order, security, and the correct operation of the application, as it defines what each user can see or do within wolkvox Manager.

- Correct profile configuration allows segmenting responsibilities and improving operation security.
- Users created in this section correspond only to administrative access to wolkvox Manager, not to operational agents.
With this configuration, you can efficiently manage accesses and permissions within wolkvox Manager, adapting the platform to the structure of your operation.
