Note: "Carousel" templates are limited to being sent only from a chat-type routing point in Wolkvox Studio. They cannot be sent directly from the Wolkvox Agent application by an agent. This configuration helps maintain consistency and automation in the presentation of structured and visually compelling information through predefined chat flows.

Sending Flow Templates via WhatsApp Cloud API in wolkvox Studio
The ability to send flow templates via WhatsApp Cloud API connectors has been added in Wolkvox Studio. This feature is specifically designed for ChatBot routing points, enabling the creation of more dynamic and interactive conversational experiences in WhatsApp. Flow templates guide the user through a multi-step process with interactive options, such as buttons, lists, or input fields, facilitating actions such as scheduling appointments, filling out forms, or registering for events.
Benefits
- Guided Experience: Provides customers with clear step-by-step instructions, facilitating interaction and reducing errors.
- Frictionless Automation: Allows you to collect information or complete actions without the need for immediate human intervention.
- Versatility: Ideal for a variety of use cases, such as surveys, data updates, confirmations, or event registration.

How to send Flow templates in wolkvox Studio?
- Access Wolkvox Studio: Enter Wolkvox Manager, go to the interaction flow design section (Wolkvox Studio), and open the desired ChatBot routing point. Drag and drop the "Reply Chat" component into your design flow.
- Double-click the "Chat Reply" component to open its properties. Select the "Advanced" tab.
- In the "Templates" field, find and select the 'flow template (api cloud)' template.
- Click “Upload Template.”
- The following template will be loaded into the assigned space.
{
"type": "flow",
"name_template": "<name_template>",
"params": [
"sport"
],
"language": "en_US"
}
- type: This field indicates the template type. Its value should not be changed; it will always be "flow."
- name_template: Name of the flow template previously created in Meta Business. This field must match the name of an existing template.

This restriction ensures that interactions using flow templates are managed automatically and consistently within the chat flows configured in Wolkvox Studio.

"Request Campaign Details" API Optimization (Campaigns API 6): Inclusion of All Records
A significant improvement has been implemented in the "6. Request Campaign Details" API in the "Campaigns" API group in Wolkvox Manager. This API, used to obtain detailed information about predictive, progressive, and preview campaigns, now allows for a more complete view of a campaign's contact universe.
Previously, the API only returned records with a conn_id (indicating they had been processed over the phone). With this improvement, it's now possible to include all records uploaded to the campaign in the response, even those that don't yet have a conn_id or haven't been processed over the phone.
The behavior of this API is controlled by a new parameter in the request, which allows the user to choose the desired level of detail:
- default: This value maintains the original operation of the API, returning only records that have a conn_id (those that have had some type of telephone management).
- all: This new value expands the response to include all records loaded into the campaign, regardless of whether they have a conn_id or not.

New “Characters” column in the “8. CDR TTS” report of Diagram Reports
An improvement has been implemented in the "8. CDR TTS" report within the "Reports" section of the left-hand side menu of Wolkvox Manager. This report now includes a new column called "Characters." This addition allows users to view the total number of characters used in each specific customer interaction involving the "TTS" (Text-to-Speech) component of Wolkvox Studio.
The "Characters" column provides detailed metrics on the volume of text processed by the TTS engine to generate the interaction audio, offering a clearer view of the usage and cost associated with this component.
Benefits
- Cost Optimization: Allows companies to more effectively monitor and manage costs associated with using TTS services, as some providers' billing may be based on the volume of characters processed.
- Detailed Analysis: Provides an additional metric for analyzing interactions, which can help identify TTS usage patterns and optimize message delivery.
- Informed Decision-Making: Facilitates decision-making about the configuration and use of TTS components in Wolkvox Studio, enabling adjustments to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Consumption Transparency: Provides greater transparency into TTS resource consumption per interaction, which is vital for operations that rely heavily on this technology.

New parameters in the “4. Interaction Details” API of the “Interactions and Chats” API group
The "4. Interaction Details" API in Wolkvox Manager has been optimized, incorporating two new parameters that offer greater flexibility and functionality when viewing interaction details. This API allows you to obtain detailed information about interactions, including message details (sender, support manager, message and response), skill, creation and closing dates, agent, rating, and comments.
The new parameters added are:
- attach_array: This parameter allows you to specify the format of the result, either as an array or in JSON format. Possible values are yes for array and no for JSON.
- include_attachments: This parameter allows you to include or exclude attachments in the API response. Possible values are true to include attachments and false to exclude them.
Read the official API documentation by clicking [ here ].
Read the documentation on Postman Collections by clicking [ here ].
Benefits
- Response Format Flexibility: The ability to choose between receiving data in array or JSON format allows for greater adaptability to users' specific data processing and analysis needs.
- Including Attachments: The option to include or exclude attachments in the response provides more granular control over the information retrieved, optimizing resource and bandwidth usage as needed.
- Detailed and Complete Information: The API provides a complete and detailed view of interactions, facilitating in-depth analysis and a better understanding of communications between customers and agents.
- Improved Decision-Making: With more detailed information and flexible formatting options, administrators and analysts can make more informed and accurate decisions, improving management and service quality.
- Process Optimization: The ability to customize API responses helps optimize internal processes, enabling more efficient integration with other systems and analytics tools.
