Automatic email alerts in Azure Blob Storage integration

A new feature has been implemented in the Azure Blob Storage integration within wolkvox Manager: from now on, the system will automatically send a daily email alert once the audio copy process is executed. This notification will inform you if the copy process was successful, indicating the percentage of audios copied and the total number of calls processed.

Benefits

• Proactive monitoring of audio backups: With these automatic notifications, operations can easily confirm whether the daily backup of recordings was completed successfully.
• Greater traceability: The received message includes key metrics such as the percentage of audios copied and the total number of calls processed.
• Ease of setup: Email assignment is done directly in the super admin profile, requiring no additional technical configuration.
• Data Loss Prevention: By having daily visibility into the status of audio backups, you can quickly detect any errors and take preventive action.

The email will be sent to the email address(es) associated with the operation's super administrator. To add or edit these emails, follow these steps:
Profile Settings button (user icon, top right corner of wolkvox Manager) → Profile Management → "Email" field

You can enter multiple emails separated by commas, with no spaces before or after the comma.

New API URL and visual redesign for BI templates in wolkvox Manager

An important update has been implemented for BI templates downloadable from Wolkvox Manager. From now on, templates must connect to a new API URL: https://apibi.wolkvox.com/, replacing the old URL https://bi.wolkvox.com/bi2/function/api.php. In addition to the endpoint change, the templates now feature a refreshed, modern, and cleaner visual design to facilitate data analysis.

This new API features a more robust infrastructure, capable of handling larger volumes of data, with optimized response times and improved query performance.

Upgrade instructions for Power BI users:

• Open your BI template in Power BI Desktop.
• On the top ribbon, select Home → Transform Data.

• In the query panel, select the query named url.
• Replace the current value with https://apibi.wolkvox.com/.
• Click Close & Apply to save your changes.

It is important to ensure that the token in the BI file matches the one generated in wolkvox Manager in the "BI" tab of the configuration.

New security layer in wolkvox Manager Web

Wolkvox Manager Web has integrated Google reCAPTCHA v3, an advanced security technology designed to protect platform access from bots and automated malicious activity. Unlike previous versions of CAPTCHA, which required user interaction (such as selecting images or typing distorted text), reCAPTCHA v3 operates invisibly in the background, analyzing user behavior to assign a risk score.

This score ranges from 0.0 (high probability of being a bot) to 1.0 (high probability of being a legitimate human interaction). Based on this score, the system can make contextual decisions to allow or restrict access, improving security without negatively impacting the experience for legitimate users.

The implementation addresses the need to prevent platform overloads, compromise system integrity, and impact internal processes due to malicious automated requests.

As seen in the attached image (specifically in the box labeled 1), the reCAPTCHA logo ("reCAPTCHA protection," along with links to "Privacy" and "Terms" from Google) is visible on the login screen, indicating that protection is active. Additionally, the ability to parameterize the mandatory nature of the CAPTCHA has been incorporated, allowing each operation to decide whether or not to activate it, providing flexibility in its application.
