Artificial intelligence within the “Create Document” component

The "Compose Request" field has been added, along with the "Generate" button, to the configuration panel of the "Create Document" component in wolkvox Studio. This new feature allows you to compose a prompt and generate HTML code based on the instructions sent, facilitating the creation of the document structure. It is especially useful for streamlining the creation of documents using HTML, even for people unfamiliar with the language.

New customer ID validation for WhatsApp messages

The "Validate WhatsApp ID" field has been implemented in wolkvox Manager, within the "Agentbox" tab. To access this option, follow the path:
📌 "Settings" button (top right menu, gear icon) → "Agentbox" tab.

This field has two options:

  • "yes": Forces agents in wolkvox Agent to enter a customer ID in the "Send WhatsApp" window before being able to send the message.
  • "no": Allows agents to send WhatsApp messages without having to assign an ID to the customer.

Wolkvox Storage, the cloud storage solution integrated with Wolkvox applications, has introduced a new feature that allows for the simultaneous upload of multiple files. This improvement optimizes content management, making it easier for users to organize and store their documents more efficiently.

By clicking "Upload File," users now access a modal window that allows them to select and upload multiple files at once, while respecting the established file type and format restrictions. This feature is especially useful for teams that need to manage large volumes of information quickly and in an organized manner.

New Multi-Management Functionality in Wolkvox Storage

Wolkvox Storage has introduced a new feature that allows actions to be performed on multiple files simultaneously, streamlining document management and improving operational efficiency. With this update, users can select multiple files and apply actions such as deleting, downloading, restricting access, or making them public, all from an intuitive and easy-to-use interface.

How does it work?

  • In the Wolkvox Storage interface, click the "Selection" button located in the upper left corner.
  • This will enable checkboxes next to each file, allowing you to select the files you want to manage.

 

 

  1. Once the files are selected, four buttons will be enabled in the upper right corner:
    • Eliminate .
    • Discharge .
    • Provide public access .
    • Restrict access .
  2. Click the button corresponding to the action you want to perform.

 

 

"Omni Channel" section now available in more languages

The "Omni Channel" settings section now supports 11 languages. All tabs within this section are automatically translated based on the language selected in the application settings. The languages available in this section are:

  • Spanish (es)
  • English (en)
  • Portuguese (pt)
  • French (fr)
  • Italian (it)
  • German (from)
  • Czech (cs)
  • Russian (ru)
  • Slovak (sk)
  • Arabic (ar)
  • Romanian (ro)

Note: This new feature was implemented in both the web and desktop versions of wolkvox Manager.
