New option to manage automatic backup of recordings and chats to wolkvox Storage

Two new options have been added to the wolkvox Storage configuration within wolkvox Manager:

Automatic copy of recordings (Check button).
Automatic copy of chats (Check button).

These options allow you to enable or disable automatic copying of call and chat recordings to each customer's wolkvox Storage account.

Operation:

• If the customer already has wolkvox Storage active, the check buttons will be enabled by default, maintaining automatic backup of recordings and chats.
• If the customer does not have wolkvox Storage active, the check buttons will be disabled, and they can be enabled when activating the service.

This update provides greater flexibility and control over storing recordings and chats in wolkvox Storage, allowing for each operation:

• Better management of your storage space.
• Greater cost and resource optimization.
