Automatic copy of chats to wolkvox Storage

Starting with this update, wolkvox Storage (a cloud storage solution) will automatically create backups of the chats typed during the current day. The logs will be saved in an organized manner, creating separate folders for each day.

• New operations: This functionality will be available from the moment the wolkvox Storage service is activated.
• Existing Operations: For operations already using wolkvox Storage, automatic chat backup will begin to be implemented starting with the update that introduces this functionality.

With this new feature, you'll optimize data security and accessibility by allowing categorized chats to be automatically saved to wolkvox Storage in a structured and accessible format. This facilitates auditing, historical review, and rapid retrieval of conversations, ensuring information protection and compliance with internal or regulatory data retention policies.

Previewing chats in wolkvox Storage

The ability to preview .HTML files has been implemented so users can view chat content directly from wolkvox Storage. This preview includes:

• Messages sent and received.
• Multimedia files, such as images and voice messages, associated with chat messages.

Thanks to this new feature, you can quickly view the content of conversations without having to download files. This saves time, improves efficiency in data review, and simplifies the management of stored interactions by providing an immediate view of the messages and files associated with each chat.

Support for daylight saving time and winter time in the "Date NOW!" component

The wolkvox Studio "Date NOW" component now includes the ability to automatically apply the time difference between summer and winter seasons when selecting a GMT time zone that uses these shifts.

This innovation will ensure that scheduled operations based on time conditions are accurate and up-to-date. This prevents errors resulting from seasonal variations, optimizing flow accuracy and consistency in customer interactions. It also reduces the need for manual adjustments, streamlining time management in operation configurations, and improving the end-user experience by respecting the correct time based on seasonality.

New API for deleting training files in Mr. Wizard

A new API has been implemented that allows you to delete training files that have been uploaded to Mr. Wizard.

New language options have been added to the web version of wolkvox Manager to improve the international user experience. Users can now select from the following languages:
