Calculated Fields: Create Guided Formulas Without Syntax Errors
When creating or editing calculated fields in modules, administrators can build formulas using a wizard that simplifies the selection of functions, fields, and values. They can preview each element before adding it to the formula. The system validates the formula before saving it and displays clear messages to help correct errors.
Benefits
- Flexibility: easier configuration of calculations and conditions.
- Data quality: fewer errors and greater autonomy to adapt the CRM to the needs of your operation.
Considerations
- The change applies to field configuration within modules. It does not modify previously saved records.
- Available functions: current date, current date and time, difference between dates, adding time to a date, year, month, day, conditions (IF), all conditions (AND), any condition (OR), negation (NOT), and empty field validation (depending on the configured function).

Impact Analyzer
When an administrator deletes or removes a configuration element in the CRM—such as a field, case type, template, or module—the CRM first displays a summary of where it is used and the potential consequences of the change.
Benefits
- Fewer accidental deletions that affect forms, automations, or case types currently in use.
- Greater clarity before making a decision: administrators can see the estimated impact, rather than just the Delete button.
Considerations
Some actions (such as revoking an integration token) use the three confirmation steps without displaying the dependency panel, because the CRM cannot list all external systems that use the token.
