Group Assignment in Leads

Leads can now be assigned directly to a specific group of agents, either from the CRM form or through the API using the wolkvox_owner field.

Benefits

• Team segmentation: each lead can be routed to the corresponding specialized group.
• Automatic distribution: the CRM distributes leads among the agents in the selected group.
• Greater flexibility: allows different groups to be assigned to each record from the CRM or API.
• Operational continuity: existing integrations can continue working without specifying a group.

Considerations

• wolkvox_owner allows you to specify the group by name or ID through the API.
• The Owner field is visible by default and is not required.
