Restoring mass updates

The new "Mass Update Restore" feature in Wolkvox CRM allows you to revert changes made to records during a mass upload, restoring previous values without deleting or altering new records created during the same process. This tool provides an efficient solution for undoing unwanted changes after a mass update, without the need for complex technical intervention.

Restoration process

Access to Backups:

  1. Access the left side menu of wolkvox CRM and click on the settings icon.
  2. Go to the "General" tab
  3. Go to the “Module Backups” section.
  4. Click the “Restore” button.

 

 

Select Module and Execution Time:
In the list of modules, select the module you want to restore.
If multiple bulk uploads have been performed, the backups will be displayed segmented by creation time and date. Choose the backup corresponding to the upload you want to revert.
Click the “Restore” button. A pop-up window will open where you can confirm the restore request.

 

 

Restoration Confirmation:
Once the restore is complete, the updated records will return to their previous values, while any new records created during the upload will remain intact.
