New Design for Flow-Type Form Responses in WhatsApp
Customer responses to Flow-type forms in WhatsApp will now feature an optimized design within the conversation history in wolkvox Agent.
This update improves readability and presentation of information by displaying each field in a clearer and more organized structure. Labels and values are shown distinctly, replacing the previous key:value JSON format with a more intuitive and visually appealing view.
Additionally, this new visualization will also be available in reporting modules, making it easier to manage and analyze completed forms.

Important Note: Meta Business Suite removes accented characters (á, é, í, ó, ú) when sending forms, so words may appear without accents.
