New filter for searching for interactions
Wolkvox Agent has introduced a new feature that allows agents to filter interactions by skill (agent groups). This option, available in the filters modal of the Interactions interface, makes it easier to view emails and social media interactions related to a specific skill, improving efficiency and focusing on the most relevant tasks.

📌 Note: These features were updated without the need to upgrade to a new version of wolkvox Agent. The current version of the application is still wolkvox Agent 20250210. The interaction and chat features are independent of the main application and can be updated without the need to upgrade the software.
