Symptom/Need: Need to know the maximum delivery time of audios when integrating cloud storage services with Wolkvox Manager.

Context/Scenarios: Wolkvox allows the Manager to be integrated with different cloud storage systems, such as AWS S3, Rsync, Wolkvox Storage and Blob Storage. These services offer alternatives for storing and transferring calls, ensuring backups and allowing transfer to a client's NAS/SAN.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation): The delivery time of audios in these services may vary. Currently, according to Wolkvox's terms of service, the delay times in the delivery of audios are:

  • AWS S3: up to 10 days.
  • Rsync: up to 15 days.
  • Wolkvox Storage: up to 10 days.
  • Blob Storage: up to 10 days.

These times may be subject to change. For additional inquiries, please contact your customer in charge or the assigned implementer.
