Introduction

wolkvox Turbo Text is an artificial intelligence assistant integrated directly into wolkvox Manager that allows you to create, transform, and optimize texts while configuring the platform, without needing to copy the content to an external tool.

Turbo Text works on editable text fields in wolkvox Manager. When the user selects a compatible field, they can open the assistant, type or dictate an instruction, and get a new version of the content. The generated proposal can be reviewed before replacing the original text.

Furthermore, Turbo Text keeps a history of up to 10 versions, allowing you to navigate between different results or return to the original content before permanently applying a change.

What is Turbo Text for?

Turbo Text is designed to streamline configuration tasks where it is necessary to write, adjust, or transform content. It can be used, for example, to work on AI instructions, communication templates, TTS messages, descriptions, SQL queries, and other compatible text fields available in wolkvox Manager.

Instead of rewriting a complete piece of content, you can start from the existing text and tell Turbo Text what you need to do with it: make it clearer, summarize it, expand it, change its tone, reorganize it, or add new instructions.

In this way, Turbo Text helps reduce the time spent writing and allows you to perform different iterations without leaving the configuration screen you are working on.

How does Turbo Text work?

Turbo Text is dynamically enabled when you select a compatible text input field within wolkvox Manager.

The assistant works by taking the content already written in that field as a starting point. From there, it receives a user instruction and generates a new proposal using Artificial Intelligence.

For example, if a field contains instructions for WVX Copilot, you can tell Turbo Text:

“Improve this prompt”

Turbo Text will use the existing content as context and generate a new version, maintaining the original intent but applying the requested instruction.

The new version does not automatically replace the form content. You can review it first and decide if you want to apply it.

How to use Turbo Text?

1. Select a compatible text field: Access the wolkvox Manager section you want to work in and click on the text field you want to create or modify. Turbo Text is enabled when the selected field supports this functionality.
2. Open Turbo Text: Click on the Turbo Text icon located in the top bar of wolkvox Manager. A floating window will open over the current screen.

• Review the source content: The text Turbo Text is working on will be displayed at the top of the window. This corresponds to the content available in the selected field.
• Write the instruction: In the field at the bottom, write what you want to do with the text. You can request, for example, to rephrase, summarize, expand, or make it more precise. Once the instruction is written, press Enter to process it.
  • Use voice dictation if you prefer: You can also use the microphone icon to dictate the instruction. Turbo Text will transcribe the audio to use it as a prompt for generating the new content.

1. Review the generated result: Turbo Text will display the new proposal at the top of the window. The content will not yet be applied to the original field, so you can review it before accepting the change.
   • Navigate between the different versions: The navigation controls allow you to move between the generated versions. Turbo Text keeps a history of up to 10 iterations, including the ability to return to the original content to compare results or recover a previous version.
2. Apply the selected version: When you find the result you want to use, click on the approval icon located in the top right part of the Turbo Text window. 

The selected text will replace the original field's content in wolkvox Manager.

Version history

Turbo Text allows making multiple requests on the same content without immediately losing the previous versions.

Each new generation is added to the history, and you can use the navigation controls to review the previously obtained results. The history supports up to 10 versions, making it easy to compare proposals and recover a previous wording if a new iteration does not produce the expected result.

It is also possible to return to the original content before applying one of the generated proposals.

When does Turbo Text appear?

The availability of Turbo Text depends on the field you are working with. The assistant is activated contextually when the user selects a compatible editable text field.

This avoids keeping additional tools permanently open in the interface and allows using AI assistance only when performing a writing or configuration task.

Among the scenarios in which it can be used are the creation or adjustment of:

• Instructions and prompts for AI features.
• SMS, email, or WhatsApp templates.
• Messages and texts used in TTS configurations.
• Descriptions and operational content.
• SQL queries used in compatible configurations.
• Other text input fields enabled for Turbo Text.

Turbo Text thus allows working on the content directly within wolkvox Manager, performing several iterations through Artificial Intelligence, and applying only the version you wish to keep.
