What is the "8. Machine Codes Grouped by Phone and Result" Report in Campaigns under wolkvox Manager

Introduction
The "8. Machine Codes Grouped by Phone and Result" report, available in the Campaigns tab of the reports section in wolkvox Manager, allows you to check by phone number how many times each dialing result associated with machine codes has been recorded. This report is useful for identifying contact patterns by phone, such as whether a number often ends up in voicemail, busy, failed, or no answer.
Before generating this report, it is necessary to select the campaign for which you want to query the information in the field located above the list of reports in the Campaigns tab. Campaigns are displayed by their ID number. You can also select "All" to obtain a consolidated report of all campaigns.
Report Information
The columns in this report include the following information:
- TELEPHONE: Customer or contact phone number.

TOTAL_MACHINE_RECOGNITIONS: Total number of accumulated result records for that phone number within the report.
- According to the behavior visible in the report, this field corresponds to the consolidated total of occurrences recorded in the result columns, such as NO_ANSWER, ANSWER_MACHINE, BUSY, CONGESTION, and FAILED.
- In other words, it does not represent only the times a machine answered, but the total number of events counted for that phone number within this grouping.
- NO_ANSWER: Number of times that phone number resulted in no answer.
- ANSWER_MACHINE: Number of times that phone number was identified as an answering machine.
- BUSY: Number of times that phone number resulted in a busy line.
- CONGESTION: Number of times that phone number resulted in a congested line.
- FAILED: Number of times the dialing attempt to that number ended in failure.
