Introduction

The "5. Smart Survey by Agent" report, available in the 'Reports' > 'Diagram Reports' section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to check the consolidated results of smart surveys associated with each agent. This report helps identify how many surveys were completed by each agent, what score they received for each question, and their overall average, facilitating the analysis of performance as perceived by customers.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • AGENT_ID: Agent extension number.
  • AGENT_NAME: Agent name.
  • SURVEYS: Number of surveys completed and associated with the agent during the queried date range.
  • Q01: Score obtained by the agent for question 1. This field can show:
    • A numeric value: Corresponds to the score obtained for this question.
    • -: Indicates that there is no recorded score for this question for this agent.
  • Q02: Score obtained by the agent for question 2. This field can show:
    • A numeric value: Corresponds to the score obtained for this question.
    • -: Indicates that there is no recorded score for this question for this agent.
  • Q03: Score obtained by the agent for question 3. This field can show:
    • A numeric value: Corresponds to the score obtained for this question.
    • -: Indicates that there is no recorded score for this question for this agent.
  • Q04: Score obtained by the agent for question 4. This field can show:
    • A numeric value: Corresponds to the score obtained for this question.
    • -: Indicates that there is no recorded score for this question for this agent.
  • Q05: Score obtained by the agent for question 5. This field can show:
    • A numeric value: Corresponds to the score obtained for this question.
