Introduction

The "3. Closed Interactions by Channel" report, available in the "Interactions and Chats" report group in the Reports section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to consult how many interactions were managed and closed by channel within the selected period. This report is useful for identifying the volume of attention per channel and reviewing the closing time associated with each type of interaction.

In wolkvox Manager, operations can integrate emails and Facebook and Instagram pages to manage interactions from the platform. In this context, interactions correspond to:

  • Emails.
  • Comments on posts from Facebook pages integrated into the operation.
  • Comments on posts from Instagram pages integrated into the operation.

These interactions can be managed by agents from the wolkvox Agent interface.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • CHANNEL: Channel to which the closed interactions belong. This column may display the following values:
    • Email: Interactions from emails.
    • facebook_page: Comments on posts from a Facebook page integrated into the operation.
    • Instagram: Comments on posts from an Instagram page integrated into the operation.
  • INTERACTIONS: Number of interactions managed and closed in the corresponding channel during the consulted period.
  • CLOSING_TIME: Closing time reported for the interactions of the corresponding channel. This field allows identifying the time associated with the closing of the interactions grouped in that channel.
