Introduction

The report "1.1. IVR Calls and Minutes per Day," available in the 'Reports' > 'Diagram Reports' section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to check the number of calls received per day across all Voice (IVR) routing points in the operation, along with the minutes consumed in these flows. This report is useful for analyzing the daily behavior of IVR traffic, identifying variations in call volume, and reviewing the associated minute consumption for automated service.

 

 

Report Information

The columns in this report include the following information:

  • DAY: Corresponds to the day to which the reported data belongs. This column shows the date of each day included within the queried range.
  • CALLS: Indicates the number of calls received on that day across all Voice (IVR) routing points in the operation.
  • VR_MINUTES: Shows the number of minutes consumed in the IVR on that day. This value corresponds to the accumulated time of usage in IVR flows for the reported date.

Additionally, at the end of the report, a TOTAL row is presented, consolidating:

  • The total number of calls received during the queried period.
  • The total number of minutes consumed in the IVR during that same date range.
