Why when an agent goes to log in to the desktop agentbox the start button is disabled

The “Login” button in wolkvox Agent (Agentbox) appears disabled when an agent tries to log in.

This situation may occur when logging into the wolkvox Agent (Agentbox) application. At the beginning of the process, the agent must correctly enter the operation to which he belongs. The system performs a check to verify whether the user is authorized. The speed of this process may depend on the status of the network connection, whether it is wired or wireless.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
Common causes of button disabling:
- Network requirements not met :
- Network Rejection : Must be below 1%.
- Latency : Should not exceed 500 milliseconds.
- Unregistered Public IP :
- This happens if the agent is working from a location other than the company and the IP is not authorized in the operation.
- Incorrect operation name :
- Please verify that the name entered is correct.
- What's new on the Wolkvox platform :
- Some logical problem on the servers can cause this situation.
