You are a business partner or technical administrator and you need to audit the technical parameters of an operation that is already running (such as identifying the assigned server, validating the configured licenses, verifying the status of the screen recording or confirming which mobile number is receiving the two-factor authentication) from a unified control center.
Context / Scenarios
This control and monitoring is executed directly from the central Operations module in the Partner Portal , which consolidates valuable information from all active workbooks.
Answer / Solution
Minimum Information Required
For any inquiries or technical support, please have the exact name of the operation you wish to audit ready.
Upon entering the Operations module, the system will list all the services you have active as a Partner.
By selecting the corresponding operation, you will be able to view and manage the following information structured in two key blocks:
Operation name: Unique identifier of the workbook on the platform.
Superuser: Contact name and assigned username for the primary system administrator.
Active licensing: Real-time display of the number of Master (Contact Center) and PBX licenses that the service has contracted.
Configuration and Technical Parameters
Server and IP: Name of the server node in the cloud where the operation is hosted (for example, on Google Cloud Platform) and its public IP address for traffic routing.
2FA Security: The assigned telephone number to securely send the Superuser validation code.
Notifications: Email address configured by the company for the delivery of module alerts.
Storage: Configured data retention and backup time (with a standard minimum of 6 months by default).
Screen recording: Service enablement status and the percentage of interactions selected to record the agents' screen.
Video calls: Current activation status (Enabled/Disabled) of this feature.
Note: If you need to register a new service from this panel, as an administrator you can use the "Create operation" button located at the top of the screen.
Recommendations
It is recommended to perform periodic reviews of the assigned two-factor authentication (2FA) phones and emails in this panel to avoid incidents where the Superuser is blocked due to changes in personnel or contact lines.
Before integrating APIs or connecting new networks, verify in this panel that the server IP address matches the network permissions of your local infrastructure.
