Introduction

The new web version of Reseller Manager is now available, a platform designed for Wolkvox partners to centrally manage their business operations within the Wolkvox ecosystem.

This new application brings together the management of key elements such as users, plans, phone rates, SMS rates, and business development tools in a single web interface, allowing for more organized control over the available offerings for each distributor. It also includes an operations summary dashboard with key performance indicators that facilitate a quick overview of the business's status.

From this new web experience, resellers can navigate between different plan levels, view SIP user information, check balances, statuses, enabled configurations, and more easily access their account's business structure. All of this is within a more modern, accessible environment designed to reduce reliance on manual processes or disparate tools.

IPS Registry

IP registration in Reseller Manager can only be done through a direct request to the Wolkvox service desk. This process lacks automation or self-management, unlike the option available for Wolkvox Manager. This is because, currently, access is only granted to select partners, and additional security measures must be verified internally by Wolkvox.
