You need to save your search results in Data Monitor in formats that you can analyze or share, such as HTML and Excel.

Context / Scenarios

Data Monitor allows you to export results tables to keep records of calls, survey mailboxes, interactions or chats, facilitating external analysis or the generation of customized reports.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

1. Access wolkvox Manager and go to the Data Monitor section .
2. Perform a search using the appropriate filters to obtain the desired results.
3. Once the results are displayed, follow the steps according to the format you prefer:

Export to HTML

• In the Monitor or IS Mailbox Survey tab , right-click on the results table.
• Select the Export HTML option .
• The entire table will be saved in HTML format with the same columns visible in Data Monitor.

Export to Excel and HTML from Interactions

• On the Interactions tab , use the Excel button to export the results in XLS format.
• Use the Export button to export each interaction in HTML format. HTML files are compressed into a TAR file .

Export chats to HTML

• On the Chats tab , use the Export button to export the results. This process generates a compressed TAR file containing all the chat logs in HTML format.

4. Open the exported file in your browser or compatible software to analyze the data.

Note: Compressed exports may contain multiple files. Be sure to unzip them to access all available information.
