How to Set the Activity End Time for WhatsApp Chats Handled by Bots in wolkvox Manager
Table of Contents
Introduction
In wolkvox Manager, you can define the inactivity time after which a WhatsApp chat handled by a bot is automatically ended. This configuration is useful when the customer stops responding and the conversation does not continue, allowing the chat to be closed automatically and maintaining a more organized operation.
This setting is done from the general chat channel configuration, within the Web Chat section, which also centralizes configurations applicable to WhatsApp.
