It is recommended to enable the Agentbox_Web log when constant problems occur on agent stations and the possible failure needs to be determined.

  • Recurring errors are experienced when using Agentbox_Web.
  • It is required to diagnose and analyze the operation of the system at agent stations.
  • Activity logs need to be generated for technical review.

 

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

To enable Agentbox_Web logging, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Wolkvox Agent Web .
  2. Open the browser console (by pressing F12 ).
  3. Go to the Application tab .
  4. On the left side, select Local Storage or Local Storage .
  5. Locate the information corresponding to the server connection URL (Example: wv00xx.wolkvox.com).
  6. Click on the connection URL and several connection keys will be displayed on the right side.
  7. Add a new key called "log" with the value "1" .
  8. Close the DevTools .
  9. Verify that the agent log option is enabled:
    • Entering the Agentbox_Web, access Configuration .
    • Select Agent Log .
    • Confirm that the activation is successful.
  10. To validate the log generation:
    • Open the Wolkvox Agent Web settings .
    • Go to the last option.
    • Verify that a list of .CSV files appears with the following format:

AgentboxWebLog-EXT-YYYYMMDD-HHh

Example: AgentboxWebLog20191126-17h

  • YYYYY: Year
  • MM: Month
  • DD: Day
  • HH: Time

With these steps, the Agentbox_Web log will be enabled and can be used for fault analysis.
