What is the procedure for activating the Agentbox_Web Log?

To enable Agentbox_Web logging, follow these steps:
- Log in to Wolkvox Agent Web .
- Open the browser console (by pressing F12 ).
- Go to the Application tab .
- On the left side, select Local Storage or Local Storage .
- Locate the information corresponding to the server connection URL (Example: wv00xx.wolkvox.com).
- Click on the connection URL and several connection keys will be displayed on the right side.
- Add a new key called "log" with the value "1" .
- Close the DevTools .
- Verify that the agent log option is enabled:
- Entering the Agentbox_Web, access Configuration .
- Select Agent Log .
- Confirm that the activation is successful.
- To validate the log generation:
- Open the Wolkvox Agent Web settings .
- Go to the last option.
- Verify that a list of .CSV files appears with the following format:
AgentboxWebLog-EXT-YYYYMMDD-HHh
Example: AgentboxWebLog20191126-17h

- DD: Day
