Introduction

Install the desktop version of Wolkvox Manager on your Windows PC to access all the contact center features natively and with optimized performance.
The Wolkvox Manager desktop version is designed to provide a more stable and direct user experience and is exclusively available for Windows operating systems (versions 8.1, 10, or 11) with 64-bit architecture.

The process requires obtaining a temporary authorization code (Support ID) from the web version of the platform before downloading the installer.

This procedure is necessary to:

• Install the application for the first time on a new device.
• Ensure that access to the download is authorized by a registered user of the operation.

Download process

The installation is divided into two phases: obtaining the authorization code (Support ID) and downloading/executing the installer.

Phase 1: Obtaining the Authorization Code (Support ID)

1. Access Wolkvox Manager Web: Log in to the web version of Wolkvox Manager (click here to go).
   1. Generate the Code: In the top-right corner of the interface, click the "Support" button (usually a help or question mark icon).
2. Complete the Form: Llene el formulario que aparece con la información requerida (Operación, Usuario, Nombre, Teléfono, Correo electrónico, etc.) y seleccione un "Motivo reporte".

Obtain the Support ID: Click "Generate ID". A window will appear with the generated code (Support ID). Copy this code.

Phase 2: Downloading and Installing the Application

1. Access the Installer: Go to the download URL (https://wolkvox.com/instals/login.php?archivo=wolkvox-Manager.zip).
   1. Enter the Support ID: In the download form, enter your operation's NIT and the Support ID you copied in the previous step.
   2. Download the File: Click "Sign In". 
2. The compressed file (wolkvox-Manager.zip) will begin downloading automatically. 

Extract and Run the Installer:

1. Go to your Downloads folder (or where the ZIP file was saved) and extract the file.
2. Run the extracted installation file (wolkvox-Manager). Windows will ask if you want to allow the app to make changes to your device; click "Yes".

1. Installation Process:
   1. The installer welcome window will appear. Select the installer language ("Select the setup language").
   2. Note: This language only applies to the installer; the application language is configured after logging in 
   3. Follow the prompts in each window by clicking "Next". It is recommended to keep the default installation folder ('C:\ipdialbox').
   4. Finish:  
      • Leave the checkbox to create a desktop shortcut checked.
      • Once the installation is complete, close the window.
      • The Wolkvox Manager shortcut will appear on your desktop.
