I would like to change the language of the user interface in wolkvox CRM to suit my personal preference or that of users, improving the usability and understanding of the platform.

Wolkvox CRM allows users to customize the platform's language to suit their needs. This setting is located in a dedicated section and offers two main options: setting a language directly from the CRM or allowing the language to be determined by the user's web browser settings. This flexibility ensures that the platform is accessible and convenient for users from different regions or those who prefer to work in a particular language. Supported languages include English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Czech, Russian, German, and Slovenian.
Answer (Solution / Recommendation)
- In the left side menu, click the button with the gear icon (Settings).
- Click on the "General" tab.
- Select the "Language" tab.
- In the "Preference" field, you have two options:

From CRM: To set a fixed language for the platform. If you choose this option, the "Language" field will appear below.
- Click on the field and select the language of your preference (English, Español, Português, Français, Italiano, Čeština, Русский, Deutsch, Slovenščina.).
- From system: To have the CRM language adapt to the default language of your web browser, as long as it is one of the supported languages (English, Español, Português, Français, Italiano, Čeština, Русский, Deutsch, Slovenščina.).

- Once you've selected your preference and desired language, click the "Confirm" button to save your changes.
