Learn how to navigate the "IS Survey Box" tab to access customer interaction satisfaction surveys.
Context / Scenarios
On the Wolkvox platform, the "IS Survey Mailbox" tab allows you to access the results of customer satisfaction surveys at the end of a call.
Answer (Solution/Recommendation)
Search for satisfaction surveys in 'IS Survey Box' :
- Access the 'IS Survey Mailbox' tab in Data Monitor.
- Use the available filters to search for satisfaction surveys, for example, by date, agent, phone, etc.
- Once you have found the desired survey, you can play it by selecting 'Play Survey Mailbox' after right-clicking on the desired survey.
