wolkvox implements secure data deletion procedures as part of its Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring that data is irrecoverably deleted in accordance with security standards. According to ISMS guidelines, clients are responsible for managing the databases they upload to wolkvox services, including downloading them at the end of the contract.

Once clients confirm the download of their data, wolkvox relies on the secure deletion service provided by Google Cloud Platform (GCP), its cloud provider, to ensure that information is permanently and securely erased, in compliance with the highest data protection standards.
