You need to get a detailed report on the final result of each phone dialed in a campaign, including whether the call was answered, failed or not attended to.

Context / Scenarios

This report is useful when you want to analyze the performance of an outbound campaign and check what happened with each dialed number. It also allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of dialing and detect patterns in call results.

Answer (Solution/Recommendation)

The report "3. Campaign results phone by phone", located in the "Campaigns" tab of the "Reports" section of wolkvox Manager, allows you to view the final status of each number contacted within a campaign.

Columns in this report include:

  • "CAMPAIGN_ID": Numeric identification of the campaign.
  • "CUSTOMER_NAME" and "CUSTOMER_LAST_NAME": First and last name of the customer contacted.
  • "TYPE_ID" and "CUSTOMER_ID": Type and identification of the person contacted.
  • "DATE": Exact date and time of the contact attempt.
  • "TELEPHONE": Telephone number to which the call was made.
  • "RESULT": Machine code indicating the result of the call:
    • ANSWER-MACHINE: Answered by a machine.
    • NO-ANSWER: Not answered.
    • FAILED: Failed.
    • ANSWER: Answered.
    • CONGESTION: Congested line.
    • ABANDON: Abandoned.
    • BUSY: Busy line.
    • CHANUNAVAIL: Channel not available for outgoing call.
  • "OPT1" to "OPT12": Additional information included in the campaign database.
  • "CONN_ID": Caller ID number.

To generate this report, select the specific campaign or choose the “All” option to include all campaigns in general.
