1. Number of Simultaneous Automatic (Predictive/Progressive) Campaigns per License:
   1. In shared environments: The number of automatic campaigns that can be running at the same time is calculated by rounding the result of (number of licenses / 7) + 2 to the nearest integer.
   2. In dedicated environments: The number of automatic campaigns that can be running at the same time is calculated by rounding the result of (number of licenses / 4) + 2 to the nearest integer.
2. Number of Records per Campaign Load (Batch):
   1. The maximum number of records that can be uploaded in a single batch to a campaign via wolkvox Manager is 5,000 records.
   2. This limit is also associated with a maximum size of 20 MB per file.
3. Predictive and Progressive Campaign Behavior:
   1. Each campaign behaves as predictive when there are 6 or more agents associated with the skill.
   2. If there are fewer than 6 agents associated with the skill, the campaign behaves as progressive.
