Configuring Audio Name Formats in Wolkvox Manager (Web Version)
A new section called "Audio Naming Format" has been added to the general settings of the Wolkvox Manager web version. This feature allows users to configure the naming format for audio files in call recordings. With this new feature, users can customize the naming structure of audio files to suit their specific needs.

Configuration
- Go to the configuration section in the wolkvox Manager web version.
- Click on the “General” option. Then, look for the new section called “Audio Name Format.”
- Preview the format: In the "Call Label" field, you'll see a preview of the name structure of your call recording audio files. This will help you understand how the file name will look based on the settings you select.
- Field settings:
- Below the preview, you'll find eight drop-down menu-style fields, numbered 1 through 8.
- Each drop-down menu allows you to select what type of information you want to include in that specific part of the file name. The available options are:
- Date: Includes the date of the call.
- Client ID: Includes the client identifier.
- Agent: Includes the name or identifier of the agent.
- Telephone: Include the telephone number.
- Activity Code: Includes the typing code from Activity Code Group 1 assigned by the agent to classify the call outcome.
- Activity Code 2: Includes the typing code from Group 2 of Activity Codes assigned by the agent to classify the call result, if active in the operation.
- Not applicable: Does not include information in that part of the file name.
- Save the settings.
